Morristown recognizes spirit, tradition, originality in holiday house decorations

MORRISTOWN — The town has announced the winners of its holiday decorating contest.

The holiday house decorating contest, which is sponsored by Morristown Clean Communities Committee and the Morristown Recreation Department, rates homes on originality, spirt and tradition. Winners are selected in each category and are given $ 100 Morristown Shopping Gift Certificate and a commemorative plaque.

The Most Spirited Award goes to Rocco Sandelli at 29 Continental Ave.

The Most Original Award goes to John Hyland at 59 Early St.

The Most Traditional Award goes to Aaron Eisenberg at 21 Franklin Place.

The plaques and Morristown Partnership gift certificates will be presented at the Jan. 10 Town Council meeting.
